ROLE MISSION

Coordination of the financial processes, with specific focus on treasury, of the Kering Group in terms of Financial platforms to support and improve the Group's financial processes transformation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Support the IT Finance Applications Manager in:
· build, maintain and control the area budget
· define, monitor and update the team (internals and consultants) planning considering the different requests coming from other departments
· oversee the Finance project portfolio
· Coordinate activities for finance projects as per Kering methodology standards, including Status reports, Project planning, Risk and Issues, Key deliverables and decisions
· Interact with other teams and identify dependencies or impacts with other business/technical projects
· Monitor, reinforce and improve governance of Finance systems
· Support area manager and team members to guarantee the application ownership within the area – functional & technical (model definition and level measures and reports)
· In strong collaboration with Finance Treasury teams, collect business needs & requirements, proactively propose convergence plans fitting to both Brand and Corporate strategies
· partner with Finance Treasury stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs and requirements
· map these requirements with existing functional/technical architecture and capabilities
· Identify and make recommendations for process design improvements by scanning the providers market and software roadmaps and benchmarking for best practices and market evolutions & trends (example: opportunity to move on the Cloud)

Profil recherché




KEY REQUIREMENTS

·  BAC+5: IT education
·  3-5 years of program and run-mode management in IT, preferably as a consultant
·  Proven track-record in the Finance area with specific focus on integrated treasury tools and processes
·  Experience with SAP, Sage and/or KTP would be a plus
·  Experience of provider, contract and budget management
·  Experience of project management (RFP, roadmaps ….) – PMP/Agile certification is a plus
·  Experience of support processes (operations, user support, contracts management ….)
·  Proficient ability to work collaboratively with others and conduct good working relationships
·  Personal leadership, problem-solving skills and “can-do” attitude
·  Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
·  Creative, rigorous, organized, committed, transparent, team player, collaborative
·  Multi-cultural experience
·  Fluent in English and French both written and spoken; Italian as a plus
