Internship Marketing & Commercial Coordinator


Clienteling/Marketing (70% of the time)
·  Ensure the perfect collect of the CRM datas ( CRM card, daily check ..) with the SA
·  Define a client book process : how to fill? How to identify? What should I do with the infos?/ establish a training for the staff and new joiners
·  Set up the planning of the yearly events (corporate or/and local events) and define the client profile together with the PR office and the store manager
·  Set up the profile of the clients who attend to the event together with the DM and the SA
·  Follow up and update of the top 70 clients of Montaigne, define the tool kit to develop the sales of these clients
·  Ensure the right communication instore and the follow up of the communication campaigns (digital, special editions..)
·  Set up the competition survey and analysis on a regular basis: newness, awareness..
·  Be the link with the Comité Montaigne
Admin / HR (30% of the time)
·  Ensure staff organisation tasks
·  Keys, lockers room
·  Developp staff rotas tools
·  Follow the planning of the store (match to trafic, languages/trafic etc…)
·  Follow up of the training planning
·  Set up induction tools/planning and follow

Key Requirements
·  Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
Leadership Characteristics and other foundational competencies:
·  Fluent in English and in French
·  Responsiveness, dynamism, team spirit, good interpersonal
·  Autonomy

Duration : 6 months, starting on January 2016.

School internship agreement mandatory.
