Internship - CRM & Data Project Assistant F/H

Main mission :

The CRM & Data Project Manager Assistant is part of the International Sales Department and is actively involved in supporting CRM activities and projects related to the Customer Experience enhancement.

He/She works within the International CRM & Customer Experience team on projects aimed at significantly improving the quality of the Customer Experience and Customer Knowledge. The Maison Boucheron's ambition is to deliver an exceptional experience to all clients.

Throughout his/her internship, the CRM & Data Project Manager Assistant will be fully integrated into the sales team and will be highly sensitized on CRM and service problematics in hard luxury sector.

Activities :

- Customer Knowledge:

· Development of the Customer Knowledge through the analysis and exploitation of data from various platforms
· Realization of monthly CRM reporting (CRM campaign results CRM, newsletters, database quality)
· Being proactive in post-analysis recommendations to create value and innovative customer engagements



- Offline & online CRM campaigns:

· Follow-up and coordination of campaign development and deployment on the different subsidiaries (Europe, Asia-Pacific and Japan) and channels (emailing, mailing, SMS, social networks)
· Benchmark of best practices for newsletters and watch on the CRM area

Profil recherché

Skills :

·  Excellent knowledge of MS suite.
·  Understanding Relational marketing approaches and methods.
·  Analytical skills (business intelligence, statistic, mathematics)
·  Fluent English, French is a plus.
·  Very good communication and presentation skills

Profile :

·  Clear understanding of Luxury customers.
·  Curiosity for data, CRM and innovation in a large scale.
·  Rigorous, Autonomous and pro-active.
·  Ability to work collaboratively with the team and various internal divisions and external partners
·  Team spirit and optimistic attitude.
·  End-of-course internship with CRM experience is a plus.
