Internship Client Engagement Assistant

MISSION

Into client engagement department, you will be part of different projects

MAIN ACTIVITY
- CRM analysis :

-Do CRM analysis on a regular basis and ad hoc in-depth studies
-Participating in building and following up on relational marketing actions for 2015 (analysis of performance
-Coordinating with all regions and other departments (Image, IT) on different topics (marketing tools orders and deliveries, follop-up and feedbacks, sharing information)

- Other area :

-Act as a support on the elaboration and roll-out of projects regarding customer care and after-sales
-Act as a support on the elaboration and roll-out of retention program

Profil recherché

PROFILE

Business school formation
Analytical skills, attention to detail
Time-management, attention to deadlines and flexibility
Fluent English (oral and written) – French doesn't need to be fluent per se
Highly proficient on Excel (pivot tables)
Previous experience in retail (sales) a plus
Multi-cultural experience a plus
