Role Mission

The Gucci Store Greeter will serve as a “Gucci Ambassador” by displaying a welcoming and friendly attitude to all clients entering the store. This person must possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a passion for the brand.

Key Accountabilities

• Greet and welcome all clients entering the store and direct them accordingly;

• Answer all client questions;

• Provide exceptional customer service;

• Knowledgeable of all Gucci products and company policies, specifically on credit, sales and customer service;

• Remain up-to-date on all collections.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Key Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience;

• Experience in a luxury environment a plus;

• Resourceful and creative problem solver;

• Team-player mentality with the strong verbal communication skills;

• Must have the ability to stay calm;

• Excellent interpersonal skills required;

• Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays;

• Able to communicate in English is strongly preferred
