MISSION

Within Kering Financial Control Department, the Financial Controller is in charge of ensuring the appropriate reporting of the financial performance of some Couture and Leathergood brands as well as for the consolidation and cross-functional analysis produced within the Controlling team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Be the key contact of the brands in the communication of any financial metrics to KeringSet up the appropriate tools/planning to enable relevant business and financial performance reviews of the brands
· Be the warrant of the quality, reliability and relevancy of the financial data reported by the brands
· Ensure the correct implementation of the financial procedures / standards of the Group and support the integration of new brands within the Group
· Ensure a smooth flow of information / good communication between brands and Kering on financial aspects as well as on the measurement of the operational performance
· Perform, write and communicate to Kering's top management financial analyses of the monthly/quarterly reporting figures, of the budgets and the forecasts reported by the brands
· Perform ad hoc specific or transversal analyses upon request of the management
· Constantly aims at improving the efficiency and the quality of the reporting process
· Support Financial Communication Department in the preparation of the quarterly communication
· Within the controlling team, the financial controller will participate to the production of recurring financial reports, as well as various benchmark analysis, for the Kering and brands management
· Within the controlling team, the financial controller will participate to new transversal projects, deployment of new IT tool, creation of new dashboard etc

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

·  Education : Business School or University Degree in Finance
·  Working experience : An experience in 3/5 Controlling or Audit.
·  Knowledge of IFRS/IAS
·  Experience in Luxury Goods & Jewelry or Retail or Textile
·  Language(s): Fluency in english is compulsory. Italian will be an advantage.
·  IT tools : Good Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
·  Knowledge of the consolidation system HFM would be an advantage;
·  Reactivity, reliability, rigor, autonomy, creativity, synthetic spirit, problem solving skills, time management and team spirit.
