Missions:
· Create value for Kering and its Brands in EMEA through the:
· definition of procurement strategy on supply chain, energy and construction categories
· management of procurement projects to ensure service quality, supplier and risk management, innovation, sustainability, processes improvement and cost savings
· monitoring and reporting of quantitative and qualitative indicators to Kering and brands management and stakeholders
· Interface with all Brands and Kering stakeholders to develop strong relationships
· Provide procurement expertise and support, promote procurement guidelines and exchange of best practices/ experience amongst brands
Responsibilities:
Strategies and objectives
· Define the regional strategy on supply chain categories in consistency with Kering Brands' operational needs, and propose it for internal approval
· Ensure regional consistency on regional and local indirect procurement projects and provide support, knowledge and expertise to support them
· Set economic and/or qualitative targets for each project and conduct them in accordance with Kering indirect procurement guidelines
· Be proactive and innovative by seeking and proposing new project opportunities in accordance with Brands' needs
Operations
· Identify and consolidate requirements from Kering Brands and have an excellent knowledge and understanding of suppliers markets
· Manage procurement projects (specification work, sourcing, negotiation, contract, roll-out) in close partnership with brands/Kering stakeholders
· Act as project manager on procurement/transformation projects by managing stakeholders and external consultants, planning, delivering and controlling projects
· Select and manage performing and sustainable suppliers and monitor their performance by defining relevant KPI's
· Define relevant policies and procedures to pursue the strategy defined on his/her categories in consistency and compliance with Group framework and guidelines Report & Communication
· Report projects and performance (quantitative and qualitative indicators) to management
· Be in charge of internal communication on procurement projects, referenced suppliers, agreements conditions, procurement guidelines
· Foster exchange of best practices and benchmarks throughout brands by the creation and the continuous animation of the stakeholders community
Management
· Provide guidance and support to his/her team through the definition, implementation and follow-up of objectives and projects roadmap aligned with the department objectives and priorities
· Manage and motivate his/her team by providing appropriate support and mentoring
Profil recherché
Qualifications :
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· 5-year degree in engineering or business specialized in procurement and/or supply chain management
· Minimum 3/4 years' experience in indirect procurement ideally in decentralized organizations and/or in the luxury industry
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence organizations positively
· Organizational and analytical skills and flexibility/ability to adapt
· Advanced Excel skills
· Fluent in English and French, Italian is a plus (frequent travels in Europe)
