Summary
The EMEA Reporting Analyst will be part of the EMEA Finance team, under the supervision of the Strategic Planning and Consolidation Manager, taking care of the monthly actual/budget reporting and margin analysis. He/she will prepare and explain monthly results vs. Forecast, vs. Plan and Prior Year

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

·  Manage Margin analysis, supervising the accountability at country and regional level figures, analysing markdown reserve in collaboration with Merchandising/Business Planning dept
·  Manage Inventory trend and analysis
·  Cash Flow analysis of the region
·  P&L Balance Sheet analysis      
·  Support budget process preparation, liaising with local controllers
·  Prepare reports and decision-making analysis support

Key Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance
·  6+ years of experience in the role in industry within a finance role
·  Proficient in MS Office and HFM
·  Knowledge of Retail method would be appreciated
·  Fluent in English
·  Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
·  Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to work cross functionally in a highly matrix environment
·  Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
