Job description

1. E-Commerce Business Development
a) Develop e-Commerce business model including customer development, mechanics, logistics, marketing, sales, delivery and after-sale customer services, for e-Commerce Channel, as well as other platforms (VIP.com, Vertical platforms);
b) Co-lead E-Commerce promotion calendar with customer, use various promotion matrix to leverage brand equity and sales outcome
c) Work closely with SDV and marketing team to allocate /maximize the use of resources and to ensure effective support of E-commerce sales and promo
d) Sales data and web data analysis to support e-commerce decision making

2. e-Marketing
a) Plan and execute online marketing programs and integrated with offline and CRM campaigns
b) Develop and implement new initiatives and partnership to increase traffic on brand website, and also to increase sales on e-Commerce site
c) Integrate internet platform as part of overall brand strategy, and enhance brand's prestige presence and uniqueness through various online activities
d) Manage online sampling programs with measurable result
e) Responsible for developing and updating online calendars
f) Work closely with venders (web hosting, developing, design, search, and database agency) for Website plan, update and administration

3. CRM for online channel and database
a) Plan and implement online customer loyalty retention and new customer acquisition programs according to the brand guidelines
b) Integrate online platform with CRM programs and work closely with offline CRM teammate and CRM agency

Desired profile

Required Experience & Skills:
At least 3 years working experience

E-com experience preferred

Bachler Degree
Strong commercial attitude and result-oriented mindset;
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Conceptual problem-solving supported by strong confidence is performing data analyses and mining using multiple tools
Fast-learning and enthusiast team player
