KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
In the context of an important Group digital transformation program, Kering is looking to recruit a Communication Project Manager on a fixed term contract of 18 months , based in Paris. He/She will be part of the Program Change Management team.
Communication
· Develop and implement communication strategies to increase awareness, understanding and engagement of multiple stakeholders worldwide (corporate, stores, customer services, etc.).
· Set up, animate and maintain new communication channels with creative and high quality content (e.g. program vision, benefits, status).
· Collaborate with a communication agency on innovative and interest-raising materials/formats within agreed timeline & budget.
· Continuously test and improve impact of communication on audience
Stakeholder management
· Put in place a decentralized governance for stakeholder management
· Animate a community of Champions
· Organize events & other key initiatives
· Analyze and identify risks on key stakeholders / Ensure they are kept among “promoters”
· Measure readiness to change, propose actions to improve KPIs
Training
· Contribute to training approach and plan definition
· Assess and propose innovative & efficient training tools
· Support preparation, execution & follow-up of trainings
Profil recherché
Qualifications :
Your profile :
· Master’s in communication, business or related field required
· 3 to 5 years of experience (internships included) in communication in the retail sector or/and in a communication agency
· Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media / social media
· Wide degree of creativity and latitude
· Excellent writing and editing skills in English, complemented by devoted attention to detail
· Outstanding organizational and planning skills, ability to manage projects autonomously within agreed timing & budget
· Solid understanding of change management principles
· Thorough understanding of retail fundamentals: operations, customer service, eCommerce, merchandising, etc.
· Strong collaboration and teambuilding skills.
· Pro-active (engaging & impact-oriented) mindset, ability to think end-to-end
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
