MISSION

The Business Analyst is responsible for helping all business Units achieve their goals by aggregating data from multiple sources into an efficient reporting infrastructure

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate business needs into analytic and reporting requirements
- Secure a common understanding of SAINT LAURENT business performance among different departments and regions by releasing reliable & shared reports - Facilitate CoDir Decision making by publishing synthetic Dashboards & KPIs
- Minimize BA users double-work linked to data extraction/formatting by designing and implementing cross-functional reports
- Publish weekly/monthly reports maximizing the inclusion of qualitative comments (based on Regional & department inputs)
- Secures the key questions What(product), When(period/season), Where(Market/Store), Who(client), Why(reason), What's Next (actions) are answered to in each and every issue
- Constantly check Data quality, consistency and completeness for reporting purposes
- Provide functional assistance and training on the BA platform and Reports
- Interact with the IT team to troubleshoot BA tools and support the design of Data Warehouse systems

Qualifications :

PROFILE

- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
- Comprehensive Data analysis and Reporting design experience
- Excellent analytical ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong Data troubleshooting, and debugging skills
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Fluent in English. Italian and/or French is a plus
- Experience in using Microstrategy system preferred
