We are currently seeking a Global Clienteling Specialist who will report to the Global Clienteling Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

Your opportunity

The role, located within the Global CRM team, will be central in supporting the Global Clienteling Manager, in implementing the global strategy by ensuring training, follow-up and tracking of all actions and helping to promote and share a customer centric mindset within the retail network worldwide.

How you will contribute

·  Ensure the execution of the Global Clienteling program and share best practices to boost the customer experience
·  Develop periodical Clienteling Campaigns to support the key products, in alignment with merchandising calendar
·  Work with the regions in the implementation of experiences dedicated to the Bottega Veneta VICs to reward them and delight them, in line with the global VIC and gifting strategy
·  Support in the management of the partnerships created to recruit new prospects to enrich the existing client database
·  Support in the management of the clienteling digital tools (iCB and Luce) together with BV BI Team and Kering to ensure that all Business needs are implemented in a timely manner and fully deployed through to store (including update of manuals and training materials)
·  Monitor the performance and KPI’s of all clienteling activities, running ad hoc analyses and reports
·  Communicate with the regions and manage local CRM requests related to local campaigns to implement

Who you are

·  Direct experience of 2 - 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a Luxury Environment (Fashion, Jewellery, Hotellerie) but not mandatory
·  Experience and understanding of the luxury business and what competitors are doing
·  Direct experience in one to one clienteling and CRM contact strategy activities
·  A Customer driven orientation with a passion for retail and an omnichannel approach
·  Attention to detail, effective communication, natural empathy with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
·  Ability to copywrite one to one communications to the final customer (letters, telephone scripts etc)
·  Flexibility and adaptability
·  Fluent English essential
·  Strong PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and analytical skills
·  Experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud a benefit but not mandatory
