----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Key Responsibilities • Develop China optical channel and brand strategy to in line with corporate strategy including but not limited to distribution, trading terms, special sales policy and go-to-MKT promotion plan. • Manage the plan development, execution, monitoring, and review by coordinating across functions incl. - APAC - Brand Managers & PR Managers; - LOCAL – MKT, VM, training, planning, KA, SOP and regional sales team • Leveraging brand house resources, to create and promote commercial plan, including local and abroad trade events, optical channel activities • Assist APAC brand manager to develop product design and specific Asia-fitting models;Plan and monitor local product strategy (star products, top selling models, sell through situation, coordinating across MKT, PR, training ) • Monitor competitors' information from overall business perspectives. • Presenting our products and service to existing and potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails. • Expected to spend 30% of the time out of the office in sales meetings and customers' optical store visits. Domestic travel can be expected from time to time. • As a representative of Kering Eyewear at industry events and trade shows, the professional manner and polished appearance will be needed.  Requirement and experience • Bachelor's degree, good command of English and good computer skill is a big plus • 5 plus years of sales experience with not less than 3 years experience in consumer goods wholesale/distribution companies. Fashion/Retail background is a plus. • Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal'. • Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises. • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions. • Ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities tasks. • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • A positive attitude to dealing with people. • Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual.
