Keolis Nederland is the Dutch subsidiary of Keolis group, providing public transport in various areas of the Nederland. With an expected 240 M€ turnover expected in 2018, Keolis Nederland is operating a fleet of approx. 700 buses and 25 trains in 6 different regions on both Eastern and Western part of the Netherlands.
To support our growth, we are looking for a Financial specialist/ Data & Performance analyst, based in Deventer, reporting to the CFO of Keolis Nederland.
Missions
You will work together with the Business Controllers and ICT Analysts and with the Business Area/ Concession Managers, being the linking pin between operations and HQ support services (IT & Finance) for all data-related topics. You will help managers across the business to fundamentally change the way Keolis uses data to drive operational & financial performance.
Your job description includes:
- Improve global performance reporting to give senior managers the tools they need to succeed
- Liaise with each Department to provide business insight to help building reports that will be used on a regular basis
- Preparation of a baseline assessment of current business areas Data reports
- Defining the gap between tools and reports present and needed
- Manage data projects from start to finish, in cooperation with IT and Finance & Control
- Building of a contractual & operational database on both financial and unit-measures topics;
- Follow up of operational KPIs for Group Reporting
- Support of finance scheduling for monthly closing, Budget and reforecast processes related to the performance subjects and analyses
- Ad hoc analysis towards Company Management and Business Units managers
Profile
- Academic Background: Economics, Accounting, Data analytics
- Dutch, English proficiency are a pre requisite
- Graduated from a leading university
- Excellent skills in Excel and BI tools,capability to be comfortable with statistics
- Strong complex data analysis capability
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of project management
- High capacity to work under pressure
- Autonomous in task scheduling and delivery.
- Curious, Open minded and willing to learn Public Transport Business topics
- Communicative, flexible
- Team player when interacting with IT and Finance & Operations teams.
Position is based in Deventer (Keolis Nederland HQ) but you also will travel within the Netherlands into the concessions (Amersfoort, Almere, Apeldoorn, Enschede, Zwolle)
