We are seeking a talented and commercially focused Assistant Brand Manager for our Adult Snacks Portfolio. This role represents a great opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to take your career to the next level! Whilst part of a large, global and blue chip organisation we have the autonomy to drive locally lead product innovation. Our Marketing department plays a key role and forms part of a cross-functional team that delivers on innovation projects from concept through to launch.

About the role:
· Assist in managing the day to day business processes for our Adults Snacks Portfolio to ensure effective and efficient business management
· Delivery of monthly performance reviews across consumption, shipment and measurement of P&L performance
· Assist in the delivery of local product innovation projects, working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on commercial elements from concept through to launch plans
· Lead packaging design changes from brief to execution
· Assist in the planning and execution of integrated campaigns including TVC, digital, social, PR, mass sampling, in-store POS, consumer & shopper promotions
· Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of promotional programs (shopper, consumer promotion, ALT, price) and help make recommendations for improvements
· Budget management across total snacks including purchase order tracking, full year phasing and monthly budget reconcile.
· Assist in the preparation of research briefs in conjunction with our Market Research team to uncover key brand, shopper and consumer insights.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Skills, experience & attributes sought:
·  Relevant tertiary qualification (Marketing, Business or Commerce)
·  1-2 years of marketing experience in a similar role – Marketing Coordinator or Assistant Brand Manager
·  Understanding of business and financial acumen
·  Sound time management skills for delivery in a fast-paced environment
·  Stakeholder management skills
