The role will support the Shopper through the business planning process and costing files, Shopper finance admin and support the CD Finance team with managing CIW, pricing files and reporting.

The principal aim of the job is to support the function and get a candidate ready to progress in to the Grad Program for 2017.

Overall responsibility to accurate management of the BP Planning process for the countries and brands, and support with analysis for Shopper Managers to assess impact of promotional strategies. Also support the CD Finance team with Customer Investment data collection, analysis and reporting to support the CD Finance manager;

Principal Shopper Marketing duties

o Manage Business Plan 18 Promotion and Event planning files

o Support Shopper Managers with Promotional analysis

o Collate feedback and country plans form Distributors

o Support the PO Management process for the Shopper team.

o Support the Promotional execution process with Supply Chain

Candidates must be currently based in Dubai

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Experience required

University degree in Business administration or respective studies
Currently based in Dubai
Seeking a 6 months internship program

Strong analytical thinking
Team player & demonstrate leadership
Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
An aptitude for innovation
Well-structured, focused & setting clear priorities
Proven self-starter with strong initiative, enthusiasm for business, and results orientation.
