·  Lead new product design in Beauty SkinCare category or the upgrading on existing formulae
·  Collaborate with marketing team to contribute on brand equity and pipeline development
·  Coordinate clinical study and consumer test with other relevant functions for claim substantiation
·  Coordination within R&D cross functional teams to manage execution on project technical tasks
·  Skin care product development for both new formula and existing formula upgrade
·  Collaborate with global formulation team for new chassis/formula development
·  Technical evaluation and trouble-shooting on technical issues such as instability
·  Develop claim substantiation plan by working with Clinical and Consumer Science team and execute on schedule
·  Product toolkit development such as demo development and “translating” technology superiority to consumer language

Desired profile

Qualifications

·  Bachelor degree or above. Master above are preferred；
·  3 years or above working experience as product formation design in commodity industry, preferred in skincare cate-gory. Multinational company working experience also pre-ferred.
