Sales Operation Specialist

Job description

• On-boarding/Leaving service including laptop application, system access application as well as policy/process orientation

• Sample management and complaint compensation process

• Supports BU expense management including entering requirement in procurement system, payment document check and accrual preparation

• Sales contract processing and SIMS data update

• Office Administration work support as necessary

• Assist with commercial processes including distribution weekly report and policy delivery

• Tendering support (non-provincial tenders)

• Other sale support as required

Desired profile

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree or above.

• Minimum 1 year admin experiences in multi-national company

• Proficient at oral & written English and Chinese-Good PC skills

• Excellent communication / interpersonal skill

• High sense of responsibility
