As a business that continues to invest in data and analytics to drive our strategic decisions, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst to join our Sales Operations team here at Johnson & Johnson Medical We're looking for someone to take ownership of all aspects of the commissions incentive process in a timely and accurate manner, along with providing sales reporting across the commercial functions within J&J Medical Devices.

You'll have the unique opportunity to work with a range of internal stakeholders across the commercial business, both locally and in the region, to lead the development of innovative incentive plans and drive the transformation of a one enterprise approach across our business units. You will provide insights on the financial impact of alternative incentive plans via scenario planning anddevelop analytical models to assess sales force effectiveness to influence segmented customer management strategy.

You will demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills and your consultative and flexible style is essential to instill confidence and build effective business relationships at all levels across the organisation, including regional partners. Specifically, you will have:

·  Previous experience in a similar analytical role, ideally within a large multinational organisation
·  Ability to workwith complex numerical models and be able to apply practical rules and policies to models in order to correctly calculate commissions.
·  Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy in all calculations
·  Proven track record in process improvement initiatives
·  Ability to logically evaluate information, identify salient issues and draw sound conclusions
·  High energy and sense of urgency within a fast-paced environment
