Marketing Assistant

In the dynamic and challenging world of pharmaceutical marketing, our support team is integral to our success in delivering quality outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a capable, proactive and motivated person to support the Janssen Neuroscience & Infectious Diseases Marketing team.

You will assist the Marketing team with:

· coordination and execution of promotional activities of the marketing plan
· supporting and co-ordinating strategic planning activities
· development, distribution and supply of brand promotional materials
· liaison with suppliers and creative agencies to coordinate various marketing activities from conception to completion
· tracking of product marketing budgets; including input and tracking of promotional budget, invoices and accruals and reconciliation with finance
· event co-ordination of both internal and external marketing activities with health care professionals (HCP)
· promotional material inventory management including incoming stock, resource allocation planning, dispatch and tracking usage
· preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes; distribution and follow up on action items
· providing executive support, including travel and accommodation; and
· proactively providing general, ad-hoc administrative support

This is a key role within the Janssen Marketing Neuroscience & Infectious Diseases team, involving extensive liaison with a diversity of stakeholders, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will possess degree qualifications in either science, pharmacy, healthcare, business or marketing, have exceptional organisational skills and be driven to have a long-term career in pharmaceuticals/healthcare with a market leading organisation like Janssen.
