J&J Consumer is the Worldwide leading Consumer Healthcare Company with the specific focus and mission to develop and market innovative OTC, skincare and consumer healthcare products and services.

The Belgium organization, which is based in Beerse, is responsible for the sales and marketing of several leading brands in key consumer segments:

· for Consumer Health Care (CHC) in the area of Women's healthcare (OB, Carefree, Vania), Oral Care (Listerine) and Foot care (Compeed).
· for Skincare (Roc, Neutrogena, Le Petit Marseillais)
· for OTC in the area of Digestive Health (Imodium, Motilium), Pain (Perdolan), Cough & Cold (Bronchosedal, Sinutab), Smoking Cessation (Nicorette), & Other Segments (Daktarin, Hextril, etc.)
J&J Consumer is present in the pharma channel as well as the retail channel which generates great channel insights and enables to leverage best practices cross-channel.

Currently we are looking for a new colleague for our Belgian Pharma Sales Team, based in Beerse/BE

Key Account Manager Pharma

Key responsibilities:

· Negotiate and implement annual national agreements for designated account portfolio, according to the defined Marketing plan and Customer/Shopper plan for the total brand portfolio.
· Build, or actively participate in the development of the tactical and strategic commercial policy for the account portfolio (promotion plan, national agreements, category solution, gross margin, ...).
· Drive Category Management Solutions, Trade Up opportunities and Revenue Growth Management initiatives and the “Picture of Success in Pharmacy”
· Achieve agreed sales goals (NTS, Gross to Nett, Market share, Gross Profit)
· Establishes productive, professional relationships within the sales and marketing organization
· Coordinates the involvement of all internal stakeholders, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations
· Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives (S&OP)
· Proactively leads a account planning process to achieve performance objectives
· Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer / account needs on an ongoing basis
· Leads solution development efforts that best address customer / account needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary stakeholders

Required:

·  Master degree (economics, business, … ),
·  Being able to think strategically and show strong operational capabilities at the same time.

·  Strong passion and track record for innovation, & will to make things happen & deliver

·  Fluent Dutch , English
·  Good working knowledge of the Microsoft office tools (PowerPoint, Excell, a.o)
·  Proven ability to manage complexity with the entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in ambiguous circumstances

·  Integrity and Credo-based personal leadership
Preferred:

·  3- 5 years' commercial experience in working for a matrix organized company in personal care or healthcare is a pre.
·  Knowledge of the current personal care & healthcare landscape or environment is desirable.
