INVENTORY ANALYST
Location: Prague
Full-time, unlimited contract

We are looking for a data-driven person who likes analytical work. You will work in a motivated team who deliver superior results to the business. You will actively assist team members to drive efficiency and make improvements. In this role, you will be working closely with our internal teams here in Prague as well as our affiliates regionally. You will deliver the highest standards and services our local affiliates, trading partners, compliance and all other partners have come to expect.

You will be responsible for following activities:

·  Reconciliation ofInventory ledgers by comparison of real stock with General Ledger, determine discrepancies &resolvethem with identified stakeholders (IT, Customer Service, Warehouse, Local finance)
·  Preparation & communication of data for final Inventory statements & reports (Finished Goods or Fixed Assets) on monthly basis including detailed data analysis with necessary explanation, corrections & Journal Entry posting by using JDE 8.12, SQL & Excel
·  Support main customer (GMED, Turkey, CEE countries) in preparation of data for calculation and posting of Inventory reserves with P&L impact (Slow moving inventory, Quarantined inventory, Destructions, Inventory Adjustments)
·  Testing of new processes & implementation of continuous improvements
·  Investigateinventory related orders which went into error due to finance, technical & business reasons
·  Track issues in Issue log (issue tracking tool) with all necessary details including suggestion for solution based on information from all parties involved (customer service, warehouse and IT support)
·  Help other team member with transactional duties
·  Conduct basic research improving related issues

Desired profile

Qualifications

·  Financial & accounting background
·  MS Office (advanced MS Excel knowledge required)
·  Experience in working with ERP system
·  Intermediate level of written and oral English
·  Able to combine Finance with IT
·  Stress resistant – ability to work under pressure
·  Organized – good time management & able to set priorities
·  Very good team player, assertive and result oriented
·  Strong adaptability skills
