Job description
<Responsibilities>
· Supporting in-store manager in following areas, while obtain knowledge and experience for getting ready to be manager.
· Responsible for J&J consumer company all brands in-store communication.
· Responsible for shopper understanding from communication stand point, also take lead of training entire consumer marketing/trade marketing for better shopper knowledge.
· Working with Japan marketing, trade marketing team and Region shopper team
· Responsible for production process of in-store materials working with J&J manufacturing site and suppliers.
Desired profile
<Job Requirement>
· 1+ year experience in in-store communication development, beauty brand experience is highly preferable
· Design back ground is highly preferable
· Experience of working with cross functional team in a global matrix organization
<Necessary skills・Capabilities>
Following experience is all preferable but not must have, most important criteria is to have someone who has strong potential to become a talent like below in the near future, even though the candidate does not meet all criteria below currently.
· Knowledge of in-store communication development, shopper science.
· Strategic thinking to translate brand communication into in-store communication
· Shopper research knowledge that is able to qualify the shopper communication in an appropriate way.
· Strong communication skill which is able to work with global counter partner and external partners
· Strong leadership of leading the team
· English communication skill
· Financial acumen and ability to translate this to business decision
· Challenge mind set to the status quo
