[Responsibility]

Part A: Definition
- Manage sales and support team members on the assigned e-retailers (open-market /GMM/ social commerce) and distributors to meet or exceed established sales goals through the implementation of e-sales activities

Part B: Principal Responsibilities
-Prioritize e- Business sales activities as objectives to make shoppers choose J&J products over competitors by seamless execution of e-CD fundamental; Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising and Pricing
-Successfully manage J&J official vendors to build strategic partnership with customers and enhances visibility to shopper through AD and various merchandizing tools
-Develop and implement Go-to-Market strategy with cross functional teams; e-Marketing and e-Trade marketing
-Work closely with channel manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives
-Collect and utilize all necessary marketing information to facilitate shopper centric e- marketing campaigns to increase company products presence with e-retailers
-Customer and vendor meeting with account manager and follow-up work
-Analyze sales data to identify opportunities to increase sales performance
-AD & promotion calendar management
-Plan detailed promotions for already-booked ads
-Promotion/AD budget & Sales data management
-Communicate with internal & external stakeholders to confirm order amount
-Sales Closing and related figure consolidation work – weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
-Forecast figure consolidation work – monthly & yearly
-Daily Management file and bulletin board update – weekly
-Customer inbound call pick-up and follow-up work
-Customer quotation preparation
-Regulatory Affairs work (product registration to the Authorities)
-Orchestrate intercompany order progress in concert with the Logistics Team
-Support sales team's internal works
-Settle common invoices and claims occurring from sales

[Requirements]
- Bachelor's degrees or above
- Proactive, positive, and innovative mind-sets
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Effective communication & negotiation skills
- Good inter-personal relationship
- Good English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
- MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
- Driver's license
