Compensation Analyst II
Performs a variety of functions and tasks such as employee's database management, data review and analysis and communication of information across the Juarez Campus Communication and Improvement initiatives are led by enlisting and influencing cross-functional teams for effective communication plans. Defines opportunities, analyzes data, develop and execute communication plans, and improves business processes.
Utilizes business, leadership and technical skills. Will execute projects at various locations, developing a culture of partnership. Demonstrates understanding of cross-functional processes by using the change management tools, and an ability to effectively collaborate with other disciplines.
You will be responsible of:
• Execution of plan and having deliverables on time with minimal errors.
• Handling large data sets of information and be able to analyze data and provide reports.
• Executing a communication plans to improve flow of information and data.
• Supporting special projects and the achievement of the objectives of the Human Resources department.
• Maintaining and updating databases as needed.

Reporting to: Human Resources Services and Operations

Qualifications :

Requirements and Education:
• A minimum of a Bachelor degree (Industrial Engineering or Science discipline a plus).
• Approximate experience, or equivalent knowledge and skills, necessary to satisfactorily perform the position responsibilities.
• 2-4 years with BS in related field, 2+ years with MS, or 0+ years with PhD.
Knowledge and Skill Sets:
• Demonstrates assertiveness & partnership skills.
• Demonstrates organized, analytical approach to problem solving.
• Demonstrates familiarity with FDA, GMP and ISO.
• Understanding of databases.
• Understanding of change management process.
• Able to deliver oral and written communications around process improvement projects.

• Has a record of tangible improvements.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Shows strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
Computer Skills:
• Knowledge of information systems.
• Proficiency with personal computer software for word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and presentation graphics is needed. Project Management software knowledge is desirable. Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
