The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for:

· Support key BR processes with market, J&J and competitors insights:
· Share Release: build the presentation/files and connect with the teams for deep understanding of BR situation
· Board Insights: provide market insights for the long term and short-term opportunities
· Ship & Share: support marketing team in the process and be critical in the view of market and J&J projections

· Partner with local teams such as Marketing, Sales, Trade and Finance in order to support their analytics needs and also work together on insights
· Assemble different types of information (sell-out, market share, distribution, penetration, visibility, out of stock, etc.), from different sources (Nielsen, Close-Up, Euromonitor, Kantar, etc.) and provide a deep and accurate diagnostic
· Support ad hoc needs and projects of our key stakeholders with analysis and presentations
· Provide insightful recommendation for the organization supporting in the decision making process
