Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Inc, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for an Associate Customer Development Manager to be based out of Fort Washington, PA.

The Associate Customer Development Manager is accountable to execute strategies and develop tactics that align with customer strategies to deliver shipment forecast, consumption and share goals. The incumbent collaborates with both internal and external partners to devise mutually profitable and innovative business plans that can be feasibly executed. The incumbent develops and maintains relationships at the customer level to drive growth through key category platforms and initiatives. The incumbent is responsible for new item execution including speed to market targets, shipment forecast and consumption goals within assigned area. The incumbent manages trade funds within budget and analyzes promotional spending to maximize ROI. The incumbent participates in special projects as assigned. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Implements 4P's (product, placement, promotion and pricing) business tactics that align with brand strategies and meet customer needs.
· Collaborates with customer strategy, finance, supply chain, shopper, marketing, trade customization and category insights and analytics to develop plans and align efforts and tactics with customer(s).
· Acts in the role of primary point of contact for a category or categories with the customer and meets frequently with buyers to discuss ongoing business matters such as progress to goals, promotional initiatives, innovation projects, issues and threats.
· Manages trade budget for assigned area including Lynx, returns, displays and other promotional efforts.
· Achieves forecast accuracy through close collaboration with CPFR partners.
· Executes new product launches and provides promotional materials appropriate for assigned customer(s).
· Troubleshoots orders, provides status to customers, and seek to resolve all logistical issues and challenges.
· Conducts analysis to assess effectiveness of promotional activities and strategies.
· Shares best practices with counterparts for total enterprise success.
· Monitors key metrics to measure progress to goals.
· Utilizes syndicated and customer data to incorporate into sales and category growth plans.
· Tailors customer-and product group-specific sales presentations to gain support for recommendations.
· Participates in regular meetings with additional key customer decision-makers such as Sr. Buyers and Customer Business Analysts.
· Complies with company policy and procedures at all times.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Minimum of 4-year Bachelor's degree required.
·  Minimum of 3 years prior consumer sales-related experience required.
·  Broad experience across sales, operations, trade, and category, shopper and eCommerce roles is preferred.
·  Ability to interpret and communicate complex business data is required.
·  Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively is required.
·  Syndicated data experience required.
·  Demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships is required.
·  Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex matrix environment is required.
·  This person will primarily sit out of Fort Washington, PA (3+ days per week), and the position will require up to 15% domestic travel.
