Job description

Develops and designs healthcare compliance program. Conducts planning assessment and testing. Monitors various systems to ensure healthcare compliance. Also responsible for maintaining existing programs. Implements on-going training program for business. Designs and reviews compliance program and recommends appropriate revisions and modifications. Advises management of potential compliance risk areas and recommends and implements appropriate action plans. Oversees the creation of appropriate testing and monitoring programs and tracking mechanisms. Identifies areas for process improvements. Performs transactions related to reports monitoring, third party vendors, and others. Conducts complex investigations. Supports external and corporate audits as required by the business. Consults on health care compliance policies and procedures to internal customers as well as external suppliers. Evaluates post activity analyses with internal business partners and suppliers to ensure required documentation is complete, accurate and consistent with healthcare compliance guidelines and policies. Oversees implementation of corrective action plans resulting from investigational findings. Reviews work paper for accuracy. Distributes reports to management with findings in healthcare programs and assessment.
