Job description
Johnson&Johnson Consumer segment includes a broad range of products used in the baby care, skin care, oral care, wound care and women's health care fields, as well as nutritional and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, and wellness and prevention platforms.
Now we are looking for Assistant Brand Manager for CIS
Key responsibilities:
· Work with AC Nielsen database: market trends on value/volume shares, distribution, regional/channel split and etc.;
· Prepare regular updates of brand performance for management;
· NPI's launches implementation: AW development, Launch agreement preparation and feasibility supervision;
· Group Budget monitoring & controlling on monthly and annual basis;
· Media plan execution (including TVCs adaptation);
· Preparation and conducting of promo campaigns on respective brands: BTL, promo bundles, gift packs, etc.;
· J&J University and Prof Marketing: update of the presentations and performance for the audience;
· Preparation of materials for Sales Force and Trade Marketing (cycle book, etc.);
· Supervision on Payment process for the group activities;
· Document flow coordinating.
Desired profile
· Higher education (Marketing or Economics is preferable);
· Experience in FMCG marketing on relevant or trainee position no less than 0,5 year. Candidates with experience of project management from international ATL/BTL agencies might also be considered;
· Experienced user of MS Office (Power point, Excel);
· Experience of working with Nielsen would be a plus;
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
· Ability to coordinate broad scope of projects is a must;
· Fluency in English is a must.
