Duties & Responsibilities

Brownsea Castle. Our Place by the Sea. A short ferry trip brings you to our island getaway across beautiful Poole Harbour.

Would you like to join our Front of House team, working in our bars and restaurants? You'll need to be flexible to work in different areas and really enjoy giving excellent customer service to all our guests?

Job Requirements

A great restaurant or bar experience can make all the difference to enhancing our guests stay and you'll be the friendly face our hotel. You'll receive on the job training and every day will be different.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Required desirable experience skills and qualifications

Knowledge and/or experience of hotel operations.
