Our Customer and Product Support Department is looking for an

Intern (m/f/d)

interested in Customer Support processes and a productive Customer Experience Management for the period of 6 month.

With this internship you will have the opportunity to get an extensive insight into the daily-work in and globally-operating organization. Due to your involvement in on-going projects, we make sure that you gain important expertise and practical project experience. At the end of your internship you receive feedback for your personal development from us. 

Do you want to discover diverse facets of a globally successful producer of agricultural machinery and to get to know its organization and processes?

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Analysis of customer feedback provided via our Customer Experience surveys and identification of the biggest improvement potentials
• Support of projects to improve Customer Support processes to enhance better Customer Experience
• Compilation of presentations to provide insights to branches, factories and senior management
• Assisting in an international work environment

 

What Skills you need:

• Solid language skills in English and ideally German
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of interest in forward-looking service concepts
• Good understanding of end customer needs and expectations (Ag and Turf)
• Team oriented, open minded and independent working style
