Our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide them onsite Facility Management solutions.

We manage concierge through to cleaning services, as well as reactive & preventative maintenance, engineering & safety. We also look at their leasing & property requirements. IFM can also analyse and offer solutions on how to decrease their environmental footprint.

What this job involves

We are currently seeking an Occupancy Planner to work across a portfolio of commercial properties for a key blue chip client

Working as part of a team, you’ll meet regularly with the client to communicate strategy and objectives and deliver change activities in context of their goals.  You’ll act as a point of contact in relation to requests for additional space and changes to space allocation.

Your role includes preparing proposals, presentations for existing and new client projects which include BAU Growth and Relocation requests.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;

·  Business Unit Liaison
·  Services Request Response, Reporting & Analytics
·  Space Allocation Planning
·  Space Planning Communication

You’ll be an excellent communicator, able to liaise with all levels of the business. Your proven experience with space and occupancy planning, teamed with your second to none customer service skills will make you a stand out candidate.

You’ll be self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Your ability to manage different requirements and scenarios simultaneously will be key to success in this role.
