What this opportunity involves:

An exciting Team Assistant opportunity currently exists supporting our Head of Retail Leasing, and our Head of Property & Asset Management.

Snapshot of the role

·  Coordinate Executive Communications, including taking calls, responding to emails & interfacing with clients
·  Creation of proposals, submissions and other documentation using Adobe InDesign
·  Assist in preparation of Agency Agreements
·  Co-ordination of travel & accommodation
·  Organisation of team meetings – agenda, minutes, reporting, catering
·  Organisation of accounts payments, purchase orders, AMEX expenses, cash reimbursements etc
·  Other tasks as required to support other administrative support team members.

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a reliable & confident self-starter who is effective at prioritizing and multi-tasking, and the ability to build rapport and relationships with ease. Experience with formatting / documentation using InDesign, as well as an advanced knowledge of MS Office packages will be highly regarded!

Most important is attitude; having clients at the forefront of your mind whilst maintaining professionalism & a good sense of humour will be your key to success. You'll also have highly developed organisational skills, proactive work ethic and the ability to multi-task.
