Job description



The Senior Technology Analyst, Americas role is a critical part of the Global Account BI&T team. The Senior Technology Analyst will assist account leadership and technology program management in defining system requirements, managing client data, configuring and managing technology tools, and supporting the processes related to technology.  May manage smaller projects with minimal oversight.   The Senior Technology Analyst will be the primary liaison between business system users and the technology development and support teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Management and Application Support

·  Maintain property data in main database per data governance process
·  Maintain the JLL technology platform across the client account
·  Manage SOC2 Policy requirements for monthly user access audit and bi-annual firm wide audit. 
·  Support the interfaces and data transfer processes between multiple systems
·  Provide ad-hoc reporting for client or JLL teams.
·  Assist the client and JLL on continuous improvement of the implemented JLL Systems
·  Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management tools.
·  Coordinate workflow and handoffs between account team and IT

Product Management and Expertise

·  Maintain thorough knowledge of user base and critical user needs
·  Maintain thorough understanding of product features and functionality
·  Coordinate customer input and feedback activities
·  Manage product-specific communication with users and stakeholders

QA/Testing

·  Review data for accuracy; work with business service teams to ensure data quality
·  Develop and execute test plans with business subject matter experts
·  Ensure test results are identified, documented, tracked, reported on, and resolved
·  Communicate technical and process changes to development team
·  Act as a point of contact for regional client / account team
·  Develop and manage relationships with technology stakeholders in regional on the account team
·  Maintain thorough knowledge of account service delivery processes and related business functions

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

·  Provide first line support and expertise as required by the client and JLL
·  Assist with system testing and bug reporting of product enhancements or custom development for JLL Applications as required
·  Assist with ad-hoc request for changes to the SharePoint portal or access to applications.
·  Assisting the central team with training delivery around the JLL technology suite
·  Support Senior Manager, Technology

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:  KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Ideal Experience

·  Experience working with web-based systems and databases
·  Product/software configuration
·  SharePoint experience, a plus.
·  Training experience to guide multifunctional teams
·  Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills required
·  Attention to detail
·   Experience in managing simultaneous complex tasks from inception to successful completion
·  Working as a specialist within a diverse team of subject matter experts
·  Pragmatic and analytical approach to problem solving
·  Minimum 4 years IT experience
·  Bachelor’s degree desirable, preferably in information systems or business administration
