What this job involves

As the Property Services Supervisor, you will co-ordinate the day to day operations of a cross section of operational aspects of properties, including travel to numerous NSW industrial properties for tenant liaison and contractor supervision.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to;

Compliance:

·  Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory authorities, in relation to maintenance of the property
·  Conduct a periodic review of all work practices to ensure that work place environment conditions comply with Occupational Health and Safety legislation.

Maintenance & Risk Management:

·  Conduct effective and efficient management of all property services and other works required to be carried out within the properties.
·  Co-ordinate specialist contractors to ensure they comply with their contract terms and conditions and nominated scope of works.
·  Preparation of tender and contract documentation, including obtaining tender pricing for all works and services on the property

Management and Reporting:

·  Managing and operating the Properties in a manner which continuously improves the performance of the Properties
·  Managing and coordinating services for the implementation of projects
·  Preparing annual property operations and capital works budgets and monitoring and updating budgets on a quarterly basis.

Tertiary qualifications are desirable but a Trade Certificate and Operational Experience will be favourably considered. A positive approach across clients, contractors, tenants and your team is key to success in this role! The ability to communicate with people at all levels will be crucial as well.
