About Tétris

Tétris is a wholly owned subsidiary of JLL, a global real estate services firm that provides comprehensive, integrated property related expertise, including management, transaction and advisory services, to investors and occupiers locally, regionally and globally.

Em virtude do nosso crescimento, pretendemos reforçar a nossa equipa da Tétris, especializada em projetos de Architecture & Fit Out para empreendimentos comerciais, lojas, escritórios e hotéis com Trainees, em regime de estágio remunerado.

Os candidatos a recrutar devem ter o seguinte perfil:

·  Recém-licenciados na área de Arquitetura ou Engenharia Civil;
·  Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
·  Perfil proactivo e dinâmico;
·  Sentido de responsabilidade, curiosidade e capacidade de aprendizagem;
·  Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador;
·  Bons conhecimentos de Autocad será considerada condição preferencial.

O programa de estágio terá como principais objetivos: 

·  Contacto com todas as áreas do departamento, com especial enfoque nas áreas de Orçamentação e Produção;
·  Participar na gestão e acompanhamento da obra de acordo com orçamento, planeamento, qualidade e prazos definidos garantindo imagem JLL;
·  Acompanhar a análise e estudo do projeto, antes do início da obra, esclarecendo dúvidas com os principais intervenientes (equipas projeto, orçamentistas, cliente, etc.);
·  Participar em reuniões semanais em que serão analisados os Plano de Custos e Production Management Dashboard,  Procedimentos das obras, Planeamentos, Receções Provisórias e Fechos de Contas;
