Job Details:

The goal of this position is to minimize downtime and maximize production through the use of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) techniques

This position requires a responsible, safety conscious, self-motivated individual to perform and lead the Predictive Maintenance Program including Vibration, Thermographic, Ultrasonic, Oil and Motor Current Analysis.

Be able to Specify Predictive Maintenance Tools and Software Packages.

Research alternative Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) technologies such as Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT), etc.

Plan and schedule Predictive Maintenance work and generate corrective work orders.

Troubleshoot issues related to the equipment analysis, including mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic processes and equipment.

Verify repairs and collect baseline PdM Data

Assist Root Cause Analysis and Failure Mode Effect Analysis to help resolve/eliminate equipment fault issues.

Develop Predictive Maintenance Analysis Reports to present to Operations and use that information to recommend corrective actions.

Keep Condition Monitoring Status Reports updated and current with all liabilities and recommended work

Pursue annual training opportunities for mechanics.

Preferred skills:

Self-Starter with strong communication skills

Vibration Analyst 1 & 2 Certification

One of either Level 1 Ultrasound or Level 1 Thermography Certification

Familiarity with GxP Processes a plus

Proficient with Microsoft office application

Experience:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED

B.S In Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering a plus

Minimum 2 years of demonstrated vibrational analysis experience.

Demonstrated experience working with complex mechanical systems.
