Marketing Intern

Job description

The Intern, Marketing works with the Occupier and Investors Services marketing leaders and other marketing functions including Communications, PR and Design to build and execute tactics that help JLL promote its commercial real estate services. The ideal candidate is able to help tell stories cohesively and simply, and has an acute eye for detail. This person will spend the majority of his/her time:

·  Executing and tracking integrated marketing campaigns
·  Organizing and executing client engagement events
·  Helping to manage a suite of marketing materials

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Create and organize an up-to-date portfolio of client-facing marketing materials
·  Work with other marketers, business partners and 3rd party vendors to gather/curate content and execute marketing tactics including email campaigns, social media engagement, direct mail, events and sponsorships
·  Update client contact lists
·  Manage the workflow and approval process of all assigned marketing tactics

 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·  Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

·  Adaptability – maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with various types of people
·  Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of different projects/tasks at once
·  Outstanding organizational and project management skills
·  Is interpersonally savvy; relates well to all kinds of people, up, down and sideways, inside and outside the organization
·  Team oriented; works well with others in a cross-functional way to get the job done
·  Is a self-starter; able to start and complete projects independently
·  Excellent written and oral communications; conveys ideas clearly and concisely, gets messages across that have the desired effect
·  Impeccable attention to detail; completes projects and tasks with thoroughness at each step.
·  Microsoft office product knowledge –Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
·  Adobe InDesign proficiency helpful
·  Looking for pursue a career in Marketing and Communications post - graduation
