What this opportunity involves:

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and energetic Marketing Assistant to join our successful Property & Asset Management Retail division!

You’ll be based onsite at a shopping providing administration and marketing support to the centre management team and wider JLL team.  

Your duties will include, but are not limited to;

·  Prepare extended trading and other charges (e.g. energy) as well as follow up rent collection
·  Develop, gain approval of an execute the annual marketing plan calendar and budget
·  Develop campaign planners and execute campaign promotional activities, engage with retailers and manage all in centre visual merchandising
·  Set up of creditors and contracts in our financial system, processing invoices, and processing retailer charges
·  Maintain website and all social media  including scheduling posts
