About the role:

·  Technical responsibilities of facilities service
·  Assist on the comprehensive engineering and mechanical management services. 
·  Ensure client satisfaction by providing seamless interface.
·  Responsible for daily maintenance, maintenance and inspection of equipment and facilities

What this job involves:

·  Monitor and maintain the E&M systems including UPS, fire suppression system, door access system, etc.
·  Liaise with Landlord / BMO on hard service support to the site
·  Provide technical advice and take lead on daily operations in the respect of technical issues
·  Monitor maintenance vendors performance
·  Ensure planned preventative maintenance is performed to site’s requirement
·  Ensure compliance with all client’s policies and procedures
·  Response and support to on site emergency maintenance and repair
