The Australian Valuation team prides itself in having a strong client base across these verticals, and is often sought out by our clients to undertake more complex valuation assignments.

What this job involves

JLL is currently seeking qualified Valuers to join the Perth Valuation Advisory Commercial Team as a Graduate Valuer to assist the licensed valuers with end-to-end valuation preparation, research, inspections, reporting and liaising with clients.

With a dedicated market-leading administrative support, you’ll spend your time working and completing valuations and not chasing paperwork and booking runs, allowing you to gain greater experience in valuations.

Here’s a snapshot of the role:

·  Assist Valuers in all aspects of property valuation, including;
·  Inspect property/business and measure, photograph and record appropriate details..
·  Review, inspect and analyse sales information and research.
·  Compile information and complete the valuation calculations, then report on the appropriate database or reporting format.
·  Assist with the submission of reports on all online systems .
·  Provide general administrative support and assistance to facilitate a smooth valuation process to the Valuers as required.
·  Contribute to building and improving client relationships through ongoing communication on valuation and other professional issues.
·  Provide support to the other team members when completing their work.

You must hold Tertiary qualifications in property valuation (completion/undertaking), a view to gain AAPI and Certified Practicing Valuer status, a view to gain registration/license with relevant authority and hold a current open drivers licence.
