About the role:

The Facilities Coordinator will assist with operational activities for the site in maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material/equipment/supplies, occupancy services and planned and reactive works. The Facilities Coordinator will also be required to provide administrative support to the team and will need to cover reception

What this job involves:

·  Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met,
·  Maintain the office in neat and good working condition at all times,
·  Ensure all maintenance work orders are completed on time to a high standard,
·  Ensure that vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines,
·  Actively working towards making sure financial processes are always being followed,
·  Ensuring that all working environments meet all requisite WH&S standard

Sound like you? To apply you will have:

·  University Degree with strong interpersonal skills;
·  Good at documentation, and MS software;
·  Over 2 years’ experience in managing facilities preferred;
·  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese languages.
