Job description



What are we looking for?
 
Key duties will include:

·  Responsible for helpdesk email correspondences , internal coordination and data analysis;
·  To carry out established escalation and incident reporting procedures in first second;
·  Responsible for team internal coordination and client contact window;
·  Monitor vendors’ daily operation and performance to ensure meet clients’ needs.
·  To ensure the clients’ satisfaction and get complaint <1 case;
·  Keep good communication with landlord and schedule monthly meetings with the landlord.
·  Vendor Management, monthly KPI review of the vendors’ service performance with meeting minutes kept in place.
·  Monthly report data tracking and analysis with accuracy and punctuality.

Sound like you? What are we looking for?
 

·  University Degree with strong interpersonal skills;
·  Good at documentation, and MS software;
·  Over 2 years’ experience in managing facilities preferred;
·  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese languages.
