What this job involves:

We are looking for a 5-star customer service specialist to be the face & voice of our Property Asset Management team, onsite at this iconic & prestigious premium asset.

Our ideal candidate thrives on dealing with a multitude of people; from customers & contractors, to tenants & colleagues. You’ll need to multi task, be calm in the face of conflicting priorities, thrive in a customer service environment, & enjoy providing ad hoc admin support to a wider team.

Key responsibilities;

Reception & front of house duties

Provide support to the General Manager & the team in relation to the day-to-day management of the office.  This includes office stationery, mail delivery, couriers, updating organisation charts & contact lists, kitchen supplies, maintenance of paper & electronic filing systems, & report binding

Maintaining diaries, travel bookings & organising meetings & functions

Assist with the preparation of submissions, presentations & reports as well as general correspondence

Liaising with tenants & contractors in a professional manner

Meeting set up, including serving of refreshments

Filing & archiving, alongside additional ad-hoc Administrative tasks

So what are we looking for?

You will have demonstrated a first class Reception experience in a corporate environment, & have a natural flair for customer service. You will be well-presented, well-spoken, have excellent time management skills, & be able to build successful relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
