What this job involves:

We are responsible for the management of a Shopping Centre, located in Bondi Junction and are currently looking for an experienced and positive Centre Administrator to join our onsite team! In this dynamic role you will work closely with the Centre Manager across all areas of the site, including, invoicing, tenant relations and administration.

The duties of this role include:

·  Control the front office reception, ensuring a professional and friendly first point of contact
·  Provide administrative services to the property management team
·  Maintain and update tenant and contractor records and files
·  Manage monthly tenant invoices, and receive and record rental payments
·  Assist the Marketing Manager with preparation of Centre promotions and activities
