Job description



JLL is currently seeking an Associate to join our Mid-Atlantic Sales Enablement team. This position will team with Project and Development Services, research and marketing professionals on the strategy and creation of sales collateral, with a strong focus on strategizing around new content and designing the production of that content for new business pitches, with the ultimate goal of increasing the firm’s win rate and market share and adding revenue across certain key JLL’s business lines across the Mid-Atlantic region. Qualified candidates should possess demonstrated experience and expertise balancing technical writing, sales messaging and graphic design. This individual must have strong project management skills to ensure the delivery of quality materials in a timely manner. 

Responsibilities

·  Assist the sales enablement new business process, including setting, enforcing, and maintaining a timeline for successful completion of deliverables
·  Support kick-off sessions with key stakeholders to clarify positioning, messaging, approach and go-to-market strategy
·  Collaborate with and gather information from business line leaders and / or subject matter experts within JLL to customize RFP responses, pitch and presentation content
·  Write and layout content and coordinate and lead design and graphics elements for all proposals, pitches and presentations
·  Provide quality control review and editing on all proposals, pitches and presentations
·  Oversee final production and delivery of proposals, pitches and presentations
·  Develop and maintain content library, including but not limited to baseline language, business analytics, case studies, experience, photography and resumes
·  Track the results of and collect feedback for new business pursuits
·  Collaborate with design team to produce targeted business unit brand materials, focusing on analytics, copy writing, editing and design
·  Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of internal clients
·  Ensure strict adherence to quality control methods and department processes required for the production of quality work product and timely delivery of submittals/deliverables.

Qualifications

·  Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience
·  Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, History, Design, Marketing, Business, Statistics or related field required, or equivalent work experience
·  Commercial real estate and business development experience or interest in both of those fields is highly encouraged
·  Exceptional writing, editing, formatting and design skills
·  Capacity to translate complex technical solutions, strategies, and themes into easily understandable, readable and compelling copy
·  Ability to manage multiple hard deadlines and production schedules
·  Strong time-management, prioritization and organization skills
·  Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
·  Ability to work both independently and within a team
·  Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly gain rapport and resolve issues with clients
·  Willingness to explore new initiatives and approaches to writing, design and business development strategies
·  Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and the Microsoft PowerPoint (preferred; training available for eager candidates)
