What this opportunity involves:

Come and join our successful Retail Property Management team, based in Perth CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start a career within Property Management, by assisting the three Property Managers who oversee a range of Retail Portfolios.

The role has a broad range of duties including liaising with landlords and tenants, coordinating monthly reporting, assisting with arrears management, and assisting with the coordination of property management.

A snapshot of the role;

·  Assist with preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and graphs
·  Assist with monthly reports preparation
·  Issue purchase orders
·  Reviewing creditor Tax invoices
·  Liaise with owners & contractors as required

·  Advanced Word, Excel and Outlook
·  Good communication – written and verbal
·  Some accounting/lease administration knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
