What this opportunity involves:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic and vibrant team.  

As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you’ll manage a receptionist and lead various vendor groups to manage the tactical delivery for the assigned facilities, and be the on-site key point of contact for the stakeholders and client.

Snapshot of the role:

·  Deliver excellent customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
·  Build and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and/or client and be comfortable working across all levels
·  Manage the upkeep of the facilities, currently 3 floors with potential expansion including functions
·  Support and locally implement the Client’s workplace related company policies, goals, objectives and procedures
·  Manage multiple vendors to deliver services on time and within budget
·  Monitor procedures to ensure client’s expectations are conveyed and worked upon

To be successful, you’ll possess excellent communication skills, have a passion for providing quality customer service and a keen eye for detail! You’ll be a collaborative team player who adopts a hands-on approach to problem solving, and has the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.

You’ll have a minimum of three years of experience in facilities or related field, with an ability to adapt to ambiguous and sometimes stressful situations. A customer centric mind-set, leadership skills and problem solving skills will make you a star candidate!
