What does this job involve?

As an Assistant Centre Manager in this successful team, your main focus will be to assist the Centre Manager to ensure delivery of the centres business plan objectives and budgets and to assist the Centre Manager run the centres according to good retail property principles – looking to improve sales and foot-traffic and to ultimately increase the return on investment to the property owner. Your role will be diverse and ask you to be as comfortable in your shopping centres as you are behind the desk.

From delivering the centre's business plan objectives, assist the centre manager in regards to all financial requirements for tenants eg, collect arrears, prepare invoices, and assist with reconciliations; to lease administration, and general management of the centre's needs eg: legal compliance, liaison between retailers, customers, owners, staff and more.

What are we looking for?

You will have experience working in a Centre Management environment as you are being able to work independently setting own tasks, strong communication skills with regard to staff and Clients, good team building skills and being able to be involved in local issues.

Team this with your familiarity with reporting as well as passion for retail and an ease with dealing with an agile and professional environment, you will be guaranteed success in this role.
