About Our Business:

Our Transaction Management team helps clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs. Working with local brokers, we assist clients by defining space requirements, identifying suitable alternatives, recommending appropriate occupancy solutions and negotiating lease and ownership terms on their behalf.

Responsibilities:

Our Analyst will assist in supporting the team and the Client Real Estate Director on complex real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Additional responsibilities include qualitatively and quantitatively evaluating client building alternatives and lease options. Research companies, landlords, and potential tenants and subtenants.  Gather and evaluate real estate market and property data; this can include conducting market calls, previewing space opportunities, developing fact sheets and tour books, and gathering photos and floor plans as necessary.

General Responsibilities:

·  Analyst will sit onsite with client and support two Transaction Managers
·  Establish a strong and trusted relationship with the client
·  Review lease documents and compile lease summaries and abstracts
·  Provide timely reporting
·  Perform financial analyses
·  Collect and distribute JLL Research data
·  Prepare sophisticated PowerPoint presentations and excel reports for Client Quarterly Business Review
·  Lead and manage small transactions and license agreements (parking and storage) with limited supervision
·  Manage Transaction Team’s Dealio Database and track leasing commissions

Client Specific Responsibilities:

·  Lead quarterly collection for client’s portfolio and prepare kick-off packages with proper direction (upon authorization from Real Estate Director)
·  Verify monthly reports with client transaction and lease administration teams
·  Manage various reports in Tririga database
·  Track client’s vacates and send Landlord notice letters
·  Send and coordinate all real estate documentation to Client’s in-house counsel for review during the negotiation
·  Send final form lease documents to Client Accountant for review and approval and coordinate execution with Real Estate Legal
·  Manage overnight delivery and receipt of all final documents with Landlord/JLL/ Real Estate Director
·  Coordinate client close out process
·  Coordinate and manage parking & outside storage licensing
·  Take minutes and actions for all transaction meetings and project meetings as appropriate or required
·  Work with local facility managers to assist in solving issues with Landlord responsibilities and improvements

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics or related field required 
·  Ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years commercial real estate experience
·  Business maturity to sit onsite with client
·  Real estate brokerage or salespersons license and LEED certification desired
·  Possess fundamental understanding of real estate and lease terminology
·  Strong financial, analytical, and reporting skills
·  Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information
·  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mapping Software, CoStar
·  Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
·  Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients
·  Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload
·  Understanding of and commitment to client services
·  A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
